I’ve always felt shaped by both coasts. I was born in New York, raised in California, and deeply influenced by the creativity, diversity, energy, and storytelling that exist in both places. Growing up in a traditional Jordanian family while pursuing a creative path taught me early on the importance of trusting your instincts and building a life that feels meaningful and authentic.

My career in fashion and product development allowed me to travel globally, experience incredible craftsmanship, and discover inspiring boutiques, markets, and makers along the way. What stayed with me most wasn’t just the product itself, but the feeling certain spaces created. The warmth, curiosity, emotion, and connection people felt when they discovered something thoughtful and personal.

Over time, I realized I wanted to create a space that brought all of those experiences together. That became Béyti Home & Gift.

“Béyti” means “my home,” and the store was built around the idea that home should feel layered, welcoming, joyful, and personal. Every piece is intentionally curated with heart, from globally inspired décor and gifts to products from women-owned businesses, ethical makers, and local artisans.

More than anything, Béyti is about creating connection. It’s about helping people find pieces that tell a story, spark curiosity, celebrate others through gifting, and make everyday life feel a little more beautiful and meaningful. Seeing the community connect with that vision and walk into the store feeling inspired has honestly been the most rewarding part of all of it.
