Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase and be completely satisfied with your experience at Béyti.

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following requirements are met:

• Item(s) must be in resellable condition.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of dust, odors, stains, or pet hair.
• For health and safety reasons, select items including body care products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Seasonal and clearance merchandise marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for damages made to products after they are in the customer’s possession. If you believe an item is defective, please contact us and we’ll gladly review the issue.

Béyti reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Tiny boutiques do not possess the emotional stamina of major corporations.
